When producing veneer veneer, of course, it needs to go through a series of processes, which are mainly included, which is what we need to know next.

The first step is to cut, the precise cutting equipment can ensure the flatness of the veneer and the accuracy of the data. The second is the platen. After the initial treatment of cleaning, dust removal, flattening and other processes, the pre-processing work is done well. Then there is the glue and the skin, to ensure that the skin connection is natural and seamless. The other is cold pressing, which slowly penetrates the glue, veneer and board, and bonds each other. There is also edging, the skillful skill of the sharp knife to keep the veneer and the board in the same line, so that the edge of the board is flat. It also needs to be ground and polished by a sander to remove the processing marks, so that the board surface can reach a high degree of flatness and smoothness.

The surface of the veneer veneer paper should be flat, the color should be consistent, there should be no ripples, bubbles, cracks, wrinkles and stains, and there should be no glue marks when squinting.
