In the process of producing and processing veneer veneer paper, the curing time is a very important processing condition, which refers to the time required for the press to reach the specified pressure until the press is turned on.
The curing time of general veneer veneer paper can be divided into resin flow time and resin curing time. Among them, in the process of resin curing time, the viscosity of the molten resin will become larger and larger, and the resin will be cured after heating for about 10-20s, and the three-dimensional cross-linked structure will gradually form. This process has no obvious relationship with the flow of the resin. There are transition stages that cross the boundary, and the resin is fully cured within 30-60s after the press is closed.
Also when the resin flows under the action of temperature and pressure, the resin melts and flows along the hot pressing plate, and the resin on the contact surface with the substrate is also flowing and infiltrating, and the resin flows to form a uniform surface. The time required for the resin layer is about 10s depending on the temperature.
