Several production stages of melamine dipped paper

When producing melamine dipped paper, the main raw materials that need to be used include impregnated base paper and commonly used resins, as well as additives.

In the production process, the first step is the dipping stage, which is the core part of the production of impregnated paper. The requirement is to fully penetrate the resin into the middle of the impregnated base paper, and to accurately control the amount of glue entering. Then there is the drying stage. The commonly used methods are infrared drying and drying oven drying. The purpose is to remove part of the moisture in the base paper after dipping. Then there is the gluing stage. This process is to make the resin adhere to the top and bottom of the impregnated product, but not penetrate into the base paper. This process determines the final quality and surface quality of the product.

If there is warpage, it may be that the base paper is impregnated unevenly and has different volatiles, or the temperature difference between the upper and lower hot-pressing plates is too large, causing the two sides of the veneer to be cured. The speed is inconsistent, causing the sheet to bend towards the fast curing side, so it must be reasonably controlled.
