Precautions:
Doors with complex shapes generally do not use a whole film, and the middle part needs to be overlapped. The closing part must be at the inner corner of the shape to prevent curling and wear caused by frequent friction. When pasting the shape, you need to use a hot air gun to pull the wood grain melamine paper while hot blowing to make it fit the radian. The temperature of the heat gun needs to be kept at a low temperature, otherwise the wood grain melamine paper itself will be damaged. Finally, be sure to check if there are still problems when finishing: ① Whether there are still air bubbles that have not been discharged.
② Whether there is a warped edge or a place that is not firmly glued where the corners are closed.
③ Whether the modeling parts are compacted, and whether they all fit the radian or bent modeling base.
