Regarding the construction conditions of decorative film, due to the particularity of PVC materials, there are relatively high requirements for the site environment during construction. In order to maximize the quality of product construction, the specific requirements are as follows:
1. Semi-closed construction: The decorative film of wood grain melamine paper should be the last construction process, especially when the latex paint has been processed, the construction must be carried out, and the construction surface must be protected with film when spraying and gluing. Cross-construction with each process should be avoided, and the construction unit should fully protect the finished product. Take protective measures for the construction surface.


Second, the construction surface requirements:
The quality of the treatment at the base layer of the film not only determines whether the construction personnel can carry out the smooth construction of the film, but also determines the quality of the final construction. Because this work is time-consuming and cumbersome, people often fail to see the importance of this upfront work. Hope to shorten the construction period as much as possible and reduce the cost. As a result, certain construction defects may be caused, which will affect the final construction effect. Waste of material and time is a huge increase in cost.
1. For the surface treatment of wood substrates (preferably MDF and boards), the construction surface requirements are as follows:
1) The wood substrate is kept dry and without deformation.
2) The surface should be flat and free of oil.
3) No gun nails are missed, and the plate is loose.
4) Leakage of wood screw caps and gun nails on the construction surface.
5) No all-purpose glue and glass silica gel residue.
6) Use putty to fill in the nail holes, recessed defects and plate joints. According to the situation of the construction surface on site, it may be necessary to repair the putty 2-3 times to achieve a smooth construction effect.
7) After the putty is completely dry, sand it with 1800 or 2400 fine sandpaper. Including corners, grooves, nail holes and the overall construction surface are fully ground.
8) Apply special primer (glue).
2. Base treatment of gypsum board walls
1) Use anti-rust paint to dot the self-tapping screw caps to prevent rust in the future.
2) Fill seams and nail holes with water-adjusted gypsum powder with white latex. Nail holes can also be filled directly with cement.
3) After drying, apply bandage to the seam. If necessary, add corner guards to the outside corners.
4) Scrape the putty on the surface 2-3 times.
5) After the surface is dry, sand it smooth and flat.
6) After grinding, the base layer needs to be painted with alkyd varnish or imported epoxy water-based penetrating emulsion to increase the hardness of the surface putty. Depending on the climate, environment and temperature, choose to paint 1-2 times. It takes about a day to dry completely.
7) The construction surface should be free of depressions and protrusions. The surface should be smooth and flat with no cracks.
8) Apply special primer (glue) to the corners and grooves of the base layer. Apply a low-concentration primer (glue) over large sections.
Note: For materials such as gypsum board, calcium silicate board and cement wall, the basic treatment process is basically the same as that of melamine paper. The difference is that the base layer of melamine paper needs to be painted with base film, and the decorative film needs to be painted with alkyd varnish or imported epoxy water-based penetrating emulsion.
The construction surface requires smooth surface, no sand, hollow, loose, cracks, gaps filled with oily putty, large surface level! The surface layer meets the paint requirements. Due to improper handling of the grass-roots level or failure to meet the construction requirements, we will not enter the site for construction!
3. Environmental cleanliness: clean, dry, free from chemical pollution such as paints, coatings, glues, etc.
Fourth, the construction temperature: low temperature can not be lower than 10 degrees, high temperature can not be higher than 35 degrees.


Five, wood grain melamine paper film quality acceptance criteria
1. Engineering quality:
1.1 The decorative film has no air bubbles, which means it is flat.
1.2 The color and brand model are in line with the contract, there is no obvious color difference, the color separation line is straight, there is no virtual edge, and there is no curling edge.
