When we use veneer veneer paper, we often do not pay attention to its use environment or choose the appropriate product, which will lead to the phenomenon of sticking the backing board. What should we do in this case.

The resin may not be fully cured due to the short hot pressing time, or the low temperature of the hot pressing plate or local low temperature. The moisture content of the substrate is too high; the amount of glue on the impregnated paper is too large, and the volatile content is too high. The surface of the steel plate is not clean, the type of release agent is not suitable or the coating is uneven; the positioning of the slab is not accurate during hot pressing. The sticking phenomenon mostly occurs around the board, which is due to the low temperature of the edge, or it may be caused by the deviation of the slab in the press. It should be checked item by item to find out the real cause of the sticking board, solve it in time, and reduce the loss.

Appropriately increasing the temperature or prolonging the hot pressing time is an effective method to solve such problems, because most of them are caused by the lack of solidification of the adhesive. And we should also pay attention when using it, make sure that the surface is clean and free of dust before operation.
