Requirements for adhesive quality of veneer veneer
In the process of making veneer veneer, of course, there are certain requirements. Only by ensuring the quality of the product can avoid problems during use.
In order to ensure the adhesive quality, each batch of adhesive can only be used after passing the strength inspection, because once the adhesive quality is unqualified, there will be problems such as opening and deformation in the later use. The wood used for veneer veneer paper should have a moisture content of not more than 15%, and the glued surface should be planed to make the glue seams close and the glue penetrates smoothly. At the same time, attention should be paid to the use conditions of each glue . After the wood is glued and laminated, it must be cured under pressure until the glue is completely cured. The pressure time at room temperature is 24 hours. After the pressure is released, it can be delivered for use.
If the room temperature is raised or microwave heating is applied to the glue joint, the pressure curing time can be greatly shortened, but it should be determined by testing.
