The background image wall of the office lobby highlights the wooden effect, and the original old method of spray painting is no longer applicable to the current market. We use wood grain melamine paper to have a strong wood feeling after finishing. The specific filming method is as follows:

The background image wall in the picture above uses a 1 cm board as the base, reserves a natural seam of 5 mm, and uses wood grain melamine paper film for a clean and tidy construction effect. The effect is high-grade.

When filming with natural seams, several aspects need to be paid attention to. The specific filming methods are as follows:
1. Grind the surface. This is to use fine sandpaper to polish the surface of the background wall. This is for high flatness and good effect in the later stage of the film. There are no floor tiles on the construction site in the above picture, and there will be particles and dust on the surface of the foundation. After sanding, apply a primer to ensure the smoothness of the surface.
2. Grind the right angle at the natural seam position, because the base is made of board, when there is a cutting saw operation, there will be burrs at the corners. Grinding with fine sandpaper can make the wood grain melamine paper and the base layer more tightly adhered, not There will be a problem of bubbling empty bottom.
3. Brush the base oil. This is to use pure oil or a less diluted base oil for brushing at the gap position. Try to use a fine brush to brush the inside of the gap evenly, so that the wood grain melamine paper will not be curled after filming.
