There will be various problems in the process of reproducing melamine dipped paper, but we need to make certain adjustments so that it will not affect its quality. One of the problems is the question that occurs after pressing the plate. The first is the phenomenon of dry flowers, which is a white opaque mottle on the surface of the product. The reason for this phenomenon is that the flow of the resin is poor and the amount of dipping is small. The second reason is that there are certain defects in the base material or the backing plate, including uneven surfaces, and the backing plate and the cushioning pad are hollow. The third is that the temperature of hot pressing is too high. Then the corresponding solution is to reduce the temperature of hot pressing, increase the pressure of the equipment, and extend the time of pressing. All that needs to be done is to check the sanding of the surface of the substrate. The question that occurs after pressing the plate is only one of the problems, there are many other problems, but we need to solve them one by one.
