When using a horizontal single laminator, the heating conditions on both sides of the front and back of the slab are inconsistent. Because the paper on the back of the slab and the platen contact first, the backside is cured quickly, which requires a temperature difference between the upper and lower platens.

In addition, it should be noted that during the processing, the temperature difference between the upper and lower hot plates is generally 8 degrees Celsius to compensate for the influence of the heating difference between the surface and back of the slab.
